Skills training sessions are comprised of one 60-70 min. session per week for 12 weeks. This skills training program is for kids who are looking to excel in all aspects of the game. The first 45-50 mins. of the session, players will take part on an intense skills training routine focusing on “topic of the week” and the final 10-15 mins are used to focus on applying all that players learned in a scrimmage setting.
